Tying machine AS 100 E
This semi-automatic model ties products such as fresh sausage, products to be cooked like Knackwuerst and many others before they are filled, with fixed weight or variable by time. It is synchronizable to all the continuous vacuum fillers on the market. This is suitable for small or medium productions of limited tied products. In the Italian market, for example, it is very requested for small productions. In the East-Europe countries it is also used for large productions, since it is suitable to tie Knackwuerst. The maximum caliber is 85 mm, and it is equipped with a pneumatic brake adjustable during the different phases of production. The spacing between tied products is semi-automatic.
