The synchronized tying machine is suitable for products in natural pork or bovine casing. Through the direct connection to all the continuous vacuum fillers it is possible to set the weight through the portioner or to set the length through our specific project.
This model has been projected with technical specifications suitable for natural casings, but paying attention to the dough’s quality. It is synchronizable to all the fillers through the fixing junction. The filling pipe with fixed length by rotation system makes casing’s loading faster. The plier’s closing occurs through hole adjustment during the tying process, The group loop formation system is integrated at the end.
