Tying machine AS 100 TI
It is suitable to tie products to be filled in collagen, artificial or natural casing. These products can be tied in continuous mode, separated by a single tie, or separated by double binding, to get a better dry during seasoning or to have more space between products to cut, The AS 100 TI can make loops to hang products and has also the integrated automatic cutting system.
Thanks to the automatic output belt with variable speed this model is completely automatic and has been projected to work with every continuous vacuum filler through an impulses’ cable. This model is suitable to tie products by portion (appropriate for industrial productions). The AS 100 TI is totally built in stainless steel, versatile, easy to clean and safe, practical to use. Our tying system and patented filling system permits to brake carefully the casing through the special pneumatic brake with constant adjustment during all the production phases.
