Our experience and continuous research in the tying process permitted to us to project a tying machine with a cycle speed up to “200 portions per minute”. It is equipped with mechanical brake , or, as optional with the pneumatic brake which is infinitely adjustable. Moreover the brake sliding system permits a dynamic work. Single or double (optional) tying mode, suitable to produce cured meats to be seasoned or for cutting between products. Variable tying laps. This model is the best option to tie products up to caliber 50 mm, tied continuously or separated. Automatic tying for product with single tying and semi-automatic for separated products to season or to cut. It is projected to be synchronized with all the continuous vacuum fillers on the international market. It ties by fixed weight, the operator needs to determine it on the filler, otherwise it is possible to tie by time on tying machine’s coloured 7” Touch-Screen control panel.
