Tying machine AS 55

The AS 55 is specific to tie fresh or seasoned sausage or similar products. We export this model also abroad, where it is used to tie typical products such as chorizo, with our great customer’s satisfaction.

This model can tie in 4 modes:

• continuous mode works at maximum performance;
• continuous with variable length mode creates products with different dimensions but at a determined quantity;
• continuous with space mode permits to make products separated one from each other (this mode is used for example to create a space for the cut)
• combinated mode: it integrates continuous with space mode to continuous with variable length; This program is suitable to create determined groups.

Performances have been improved thanks to the new pliers system, new pneumatic valves and new motor with servo-drive technology, combined with a new Ethernet control., The 7” coloured Touch-Screen control panel, updated with a new layout and new control functions. Our company recommends this model to the customer who requests high productivity or to the ones who need to alternate different product’s length: for this function we realized a specific software. It is equipped with a pulling system with two opposite belts, which can be adjusted based on product’s caliber and with a tying system totally in stainless steel composed of two long life stainless steel bearings. just required to set the product’s length on the Touch-Screen control panel.
